Opus Developing Modern Spec Warehouse in St. Louis’ Soulard Micro Market
With a growing demand, Opus leveragd their industrial expertise by developing, designing and building a speculative Class A warehouse in the Soulard Business Park in St. Louis. This is the first modern industrial building in the area since 2004.
The 155,305-square-foot, speculative industrial warehouse occupies approximately eight acres and can accommodate up to five tenants. It has 32-foot clear height ceilings and 24 trailer parking stalls to suit a variety of industrial needs, including e-commerce and urban logistics users. The development offers convenient access to major transportation routes including I-55, I-44, I-64 and I-70.
Construction was completed in the third quarter of 2020.
