As Real Estate Representative, Grace assists with all aspects of development in the Minneapolis area, focusing on industrial and multifamily assets. She collaborates with the development team on pursuits, due diligence and entitlements and coordination with joint venture partners and construction teams.
Prior to joining Opus, Grace worked for Lee & Associates as a Commerical Real Estate Broker where she focused primarily on the industrial asset class, tenant and landlord representation, building sales and development.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Management & Data Analytics from the University of St. Thomas. She is a member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors.
