Beth Duyvejonck, Regional Vice President of Construction, has been named Woman of the Year - Industry Executive in the 2021 Minnesota RE Journal Awards!

Beth is the most tenured female project manager in our history. She has a strong history of sustained performance and leadership experience in and outside of the traditional project management role. Taking the helm of the Minneapolis and Des Moines construction operations in April 2020, Beth has made employee morale of her team a priority, ensuring alignment and maintaining communication and transparency. Beth's thoughtful, inclusive approach to leadership has helped her weather the transition into her organizational leadership.

In addition to leaving her mark across project management, recruitment, internships, mentoring, learning and development and more within Opus, Beth has left her mark on the Twin Cities, delivering downtown luxury multifamily towers, suburban corporate campuses and university facilities.

She is currently supporting social justice initiatives on the Opus DEI Action Team and rebuilding the Twin Cities with local contractors as part of the Concerned Builders Group.

Congrats, Beth!
