The Opus Group® Begins Construction on Industrial Development in Liberty, Missouri

The Opus Group (Opus) announced today the start of construction on Heartland Meadows Commerce Center, a 182,000-square-foot speculative industrial development in Liberty, Missouri. Located within Heartland Meadows Industrial Park, this is a prime location for tenants looking to be near major highways/interstates and minutes from the Kansas City International Airport.

To deliver curb appeal and individuality for tenant businesses, each double entrance emphasizes a wide architectural design element that consists of contrasting colors and projecting canopies. The projecting canopies are designed with high-quality composite panels and illuminated soffits with available overhead wall area to accommodate tenant signage. The warehouse space features clerestory windows for exceptional natural daylight and uses energy-efficient LED lighting.

The building is slated for completion in August 2021.
