Larry Pobuda, Executive Vice President & General Manager, has been named a Most Admired Leader by the Phoenix Business Journal.
A panel of judges reviewed more than 120 nominations and narrowed the list to just 25 honorees. Larry was selected for his community leadership, professional accomplishments and personal achievements.
Larry leads our western markets, including Phoenix, Denver and Austin. Throughout his 30-year-career, Larry has worked in development, investment and tenant representation and has served as a landlord on various commercial properties.
Larry holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. He is on the board of directors for Downtown Tempe Authority and is a member of Greater Phoenix Leadership (GPL). Additionally, Larry is a member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, and the NAIOP Research Foundation.
Larry opened our Phoenix office in 2014. Since that time, he has not only re-established us in the market but also led a team delivering a variety of multifamily and build-to-suit and spec industrial buildings, including Opus Airport Industrial (Phoenix), Longbow Gateway One (Mesa), Union Tempe, Andersen Windows Manufacturing (Goodyear), Confluence Industrial Park (Casa Grande), Melody on Main Apartments (Mesa) and Ari on Fourth Apartments (Tucson).
