Recently Tim Murnane, president & CEO of Opus Holding, L.L.C., was named to Twin Cities Business Magazine's list of 100 People to Know in 2018. The 100 People to Know are chosen by the magazine's editorial staff. The list is a Minnesota business "Who's Who," recognizing people and the organizations they lead that will have the biggest impact on the region's economy and corporate community in the coming year.
While he was recognized for leading Opus out of the economic downturn to a position of considerable strength, Tim is quick to credit our extraordinary team of associates, the leadership team and continued support from the Rauenhorst family for our successes and correction after the recession. "We've had another strong year, and I think 2018 is going to be great as well," Tim said. "I have all of our associates to thank for this. Your hard work and dedication continues to move us forward."
According to the magazine, "The company has struck gold in the Twin Cities and around the country with market-rate and student apartments, spec-industrial projects and build-to-suit office deals. Opus and Murnane are bullish on the future." We currently have $1.3 billion of projects either recently completed or in progress. Tim's leadership has empowered the company to thrive and succeed and strategically enter new geographies and sectors by predicting and responding to market demands.
