Located on 22 acres near the northwest corner of I-294 and 127th Street, Alsip Park 294 was developed on a rare 22-acre suburban Chicago infill site. Leveraging our design-build approach, we successfully turned an underutilized and challenged brownfield property into a modern 360,026-square-foot two building speculative industrial development that we completed in just 10 months.
