Recognition: Charlotte Office Ranks Among City’s Largest Developers
In its first year, our Charlotte office was included on the Charlotte Business Journal’s list of the 28 largest commercial real estate developers in the city.

Each year, the Charlotte Business Journal ranks the largest commercial real estate developers in the greater Charlotte area based on square feet developed during the previous year. We are thrilled to share that out of 28 firms, we ranked 21st on the 2025 list. This news is especially exciting since 2025 marked the official opening of our Charlotte office and the completion of our first project, Huntersville Commerce Center.
