2025 presented unprecedented construction challenges as tariffs and interest rates drove up costs and added pressure to timelines. Despite these headwinds and site constraints including a cell tower and a gas pipeline, we delivered Dayton Parkway Business Center, a 131,578-square-foot Class A speculative industrial building in Dayton, MN, in just seven months and reached full occupancy within eight months of completion. These successes are a testament to our integrated design-build model and are among the reasons Finance & Commerce recognized the development on their Top Projects of 2025 list.
