Recognition: Opus Now Among Five Largest Developers in Twin Cities

Each year, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal ranks the 25 largest commercial real estate developers in the Twin Cities area, including 22 counties in Minnesota and two in Wisconsin. Rankings are based on the total commercial, government, mixed use and/or multifamily development square footage a developer broke ground on from 2023 through 2025. With a total of 1.75 million square feet of project starts during that time span, we are thrilled to share that we ranked fifth out of 25, improving on our very respectable 2025 sixth place ranking.
