When Clayton, Missouri, quickly emerged as the St. Louis suburb for those seeking an urban lifestyle, mixing work and play, we partnered with AIG Global Real Estate to deliver Ceylon.

Ceylon is a six-story, 120-unit building with 13,297 square feet of ground level retail space. The building design complements the area's classic aesthetic with modern elegance and sustainability. The surrounding sidewalks were widened to provide comfortable outdoor dining and a true pedestrian-friendly building.
