Responsibilities
- Manages construction projects including scope, cost estimates, schedules, safety and quality programs
- Coordinates with field and safety teams to provide resources for safe project performance
- Facilitates execution of all project processes and contractual requirements
Experience
Brian joined the industry in 2019 with JLL/Honeywell (owner rep), gaining experience on capital improvement projects, including site improvements, manufacturing and production buildouts prior to joining us in 2021. He focuses on speculative industrial, tenant improvement and multifamily projects. Brian's portfolio includes over 525,000 square feet of completed industrial projects and 407,000 square feet of completed multifamily projects, including 335 units.
While away from the office, Brian enjoys woodworking, cooking, archery and hunting.
