We addressed the strong industrial demand in Arizona's Pinal County with a two-building spec development – The Confluence in Casa Grande, Arizona. The development adds 325,235 square feet of space suitable for warehouse or light manufacturing use. It helps meet the needs of electric vehicle and consumer goods manufacturing suppliers in the area.

About 45 minutes southeast of Phoenix, the 21-acre development has easy access to Interstates 10 and 8 and is near the Union Pacific Railroad. New industrial developments nearby include Procter & Gamble's fabric care facility and Kohler's new plumbing ware manufacturing facility. The Confluence is located at 1371 Sunland Gin Road in Casa Grande.
