Experience
Jamie has been in the real estate industry since 2017. Before joining our team in 2021, Jamie gained valuable experience in acquisitions and portfolio management at a national real estate investment firm specializing in government-leased properties. This role provided exposure to GSA assets, capital raising with high-net-worth individuals and family offices, and specialized office buildouts.
At Opus, Jamie focuses on multifamily, industrial and land development. His development portfolio includes 700 apartments units across multiple projects, and nearly 500,000 square feet of industrial space. Leveraging his experience and strong problem-solving skills, Jamie has successfully secured and implemented Government Property Lease Excise Tax (GPLET) incentives, adding nearly $20 million in additional value.
In line with Opus’s market-making approach, Jamie identified Casa Grande, AZ, as a prime location for speculative and build-to-suit industrial development. This initiative resulted in over 300,000 SF of industrial product developed and sold, with an additional 300 acres under control for future development.
Jamie's project highlights at Opus include Melody on Main (Mesa, Arizona), Ari on Fourth (Tucson, AZ) and The Confluence (Casa Grande, AZ).
When away from the office, Jamie enjoys exploring Arizona, reading and golfing.
