Experience

Pat began his project management career with us in 2013. He leads by example, guiding teams and navigating challenges with a calm demeanor, which has been acknowledged by both partners and clients. With proactive communication and an ability to build relationships, he delivers projects through challenging situations on or ahead of schedule.

At Ari on Fourth in downtown Tucson, AZ, a major power utility feed running through the project site needed to be relocated. Due to several obstacles, including government approvals and coordination with other utilities in the relocation area, removal of the power line was delayed. Through re-sequencing excavation and foundation crews as well as re-designing basement earth retention systems, Pat and his team were able to complete most of the underground work with the line still in place. Shortly after the line was removed, the team started building vertically with minimum impact to the schedule and maintained the planned completion prior to fall 2024.

When away from the office, Pat enjoys working on home renovation projects and outdoor activities. including hiking, running, biking, walking his dog, gardening and kayaking. He also enjoys following Minnesota professional sports and the Iowa State Cyclones.
