Don Vonderwell

Don joined our team in 2005 after starting his career in 1995. He has experience in industrial and office construction across Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri and Tennessee.

Don is an adaptable person, which he proved on Winchester Logistics Park (Canal Winchester, OH), which our capital partner stated that the team performed better than they had a right to given issues with the COVID-19 pandemic, weather and timing. Don knows that every site has its own challenges; he just has to figure out how to adapt and overcome.

Don brings a positive, attitude, creativity and communication to each project. Communication is the key to a successful project. As long as people are talking, they can make things happen. When no one is talking that is when the problems start.

Outside of work, Don is an avid reader of Westerns, military history and anything construction. He enjoys fishing, the outdoors and spending as much time as he can with his grandson.
