The Class A facility sits on 18 acres in Marysville’s up-and-coming 33 Innovation Park, a highly desirable industrial park located just outside of town near the Union County Airport. The Park features new utility infrastructure with high-capacity fiber optics. We worked closely with Union County-Marysville Economic Development to secure the land and established a financing model that was mutually beneficial for the community and the project.

As one of the fastest growing counties in the state, the area is transitioning from largely rural land to more industrial use given nearby operations like Honda Development and Manufacturing of America and other Honda feeder businesses, creating more demand for quality industrial space like this throughout the region.
