Responsibilities
- Identifies, secures and develops project opportunities in assigned markets
- Evaluates land selection and determines financial feasibility of proposed projects
- Coordinates with internal teams and provides leadership/coaching to direct reports
Experience
Alex joined Team Opus in 2022 in our Indianapolis office specializing in developing distribution, warehousing and manufacturing facilities. He joined the commercial real estate industry in 2002 and previously held senior management positions in development and asset management at Prologis, The Pizzuti Companies and Elford Real Estate Companies.
Alex has developed more than six million square feet of industrial space in five states, including Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Oregon and Washington. He is an industry veteran with broad experience across the entire real estate cycle, from site acquisition and planning, entitlement and permitting to leasing, tenant improvements and asset management.
A firm believer in “doing it right the first time,” Alex has a keen, forward-looking eye for developing buildings that bring long-term value to owners and tenants.
