We are thrilled to share that the NAIOP Central Ohio Chapter recognized 33 Commerce Center as the Best Industrial Project of 2025 at its 30th Annual Awards Gala.

Alex Vulic, Vice President of Real Estate Development, accepted the award, stating, “We are honored that the NAIOP Central Ohio Chapter recognizes the value of 33 Commerce Center, not only for its excellence in development and differentiated design, but for its impact on Central Ohio’s market viability.”

Amidst a marked nationwide slowdown in new industrial construction starts, 33 Commerce Center in Marysville, OH, stood out as the only speculative industrial development underway in Central Ohio during the first quarter of 2025.

At the time of construction, Terry Emery, Marysville City Manager said, “This is a welcome sign that we’re returning to more of a growth phase that will bring more jobs and infrastructure to the area.”

Now complete, the 250,829-square-foot Class A facility is designed for manufacturing and light assembly and offers four storefronts, each with clerestory glass entries to add architectural interest and maximize daylighting; a 3,870-square-foot office space to speed customer occupancy; a 32-foot clear height; interior and exterior LED lighting; 24 equipped docks; four drive-in dock doors; 155 vehicle parking spaces and room for future trailer parking. The development is located in the city’s 33 Innovation Park, which features a new utility infrastructure with high-capacity fiber optics.
