Jonathan Utley

Jonathan Utley began his career in 2021. He interned with our team in 2021 and 2022 and joined us full time in 2023.

Beyond professional skills in project management and risk management, Jonathan brings adaptability, collaboration and critical thinking to bring value to his work on projects in the Des Moines and Omaha markets.

Worldwide Logistics, a third-party logistics broker, contacted us to design and build a new headquarters and customer service facility in Urbandale, Iowa. Jonathan led the project activation process in support of a timely and efficient delivery of the 76,000 square foot, state-of-the-art building.

The Cumins-Ankeny Upfit Center is a 207,000 square foot industrial warehouse and manufacturing center build-to-suit. Jonathan provided oversight and coordination of bidding and contracting, including subcontractor and owner communication throughout those processes. He also coordinated permitting issuance with the city.

In addition to his impact for clients on projects, Jonathan makes an impact in the community as a volunteer mentor for high school students interested in the architecture, construction and engineering industries.
