Ankeny, Iowa, is a rapidly expanding suburb north of Des Moines. It's a great place for industrial development, which is why we developed a second building in Swanwood Logistics Center.
Swanwood Logistics Center II, a 296,300-square-foot speculative industrial building, is situated on 25 acres of land on the east side of Interstate 35. Visible from the freeway in a bustling industrial area, the building features the following:
- 184 vehicle parking stalls
- 24 dock doors
- two drive-in doors
Our integrated team designed the building for flexibility and customization to meet tenant requirements.
We also delivered a build-to-suit for Brown Warehouse Company in Swanwood Logistics Center.
