Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day jobsite management, including overseeing other field supervisory team members
- Maintains and reinforces safety programs on the project
- Monitors progress schedule and construction activities to ensure the project is completed safely, on time and to expectations
- Reviews subcontractor work to verify it is performed safely and meets contracted requirements
- Verifies construction of the project conforms to governmental requirements and project plans. specifications and contracts
- Actively promotes and supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment on project
