The 188,054-square-foot building, located at 15030 E. Fremont Drive, will accommodate up to six tenants each with its own storefront, provide the highest power capacity among competitive developments in the submarket, include 21 truck dock doors and six drive-in dock doors, offer parking for 268 vehicles and be electric vehicle ready.
