Parker Schlueter

Parker began his career with us in 2019 with two internships before joining full time. He has experience in industrial, multifamily and student living projects.

Parker has a proven track record of stepping up to do the right thing. He also possesses the ability to absorb and use information to create a meaningful outcome and to actively listen and speak in a clear, concise manner. While this work can get stressful, Parker has the patience to slow down, fully convey his thoughts and ideas and collaborate.

During construction on Goodyear Airport 85 (Goodyear, AZ), we became short staffed in the field. As the Phoenix office was still relatively small at the time, we did not have another field associate who could switch projects. Parker took oversight responsibilities in the field and gained valuable experience. He created crucial continuity on site as a couple superintendents flew in each week to assist.

While working on Ari on Fourth (Tucson, AZ), the team was based in different cities and not able to make frequent site visits. To ensure that the project management and field construction associates were working together as effectively as possible, Parker suggested having daily scheduled calls. Although team members do communicate with each other every day, having a specific time scheduled allowed for more holistic conversations about the project. The team continued to use one-off calls to handle specific issues or get a quick answer. The scheduled calls were then focused more on the bigger picture of the project.

In his free time, Parker enjoys the outdoors, golfing, trying new restaurants and watching sports.
