Responsibilities
- Performs constructability reviews of projects during the design phase
- Plans and organizes construction projects to finish safely, on schedule and within budget
- Maintains effective communications with Superintendents and Project Managers on construction matters
Experience
Bill began his career in the construction industry in 1989 and joined Opus in 2005. With decades of experience, he has played a key role in delivering industrial and multifamily projects, supporting project teams across Denver and Phoenix and contributing to our reputation for quality and safety.
Bill frequently visits jobsites to ensure work meets and/or exceeds safety requirements, collaborates with leaders to implement effective safety programs and coordinates regular safety training for all construction team members. His strong communication skills and attention to detail help ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget and exceed expectations.
