Experience

Megan began her career in the construction industry when she joined us in 2012. Megan's vast experience spans across multiple sectors, including industrial, office, student living and multifamily. Notably, she has contributed to the completion of 1.8 million square feet of industrial projects and 433 multifamily units.

When faced with challenges, Megan can effectively rise to the occasion through her thoughtful planning and strategic thinking capabilities. Clients have praised Megan for her high-quality service, knowledge and expertise. Her experience during the construction of the Hallmark project in Liberty, MO, showed these skills. When presented with roofing material supply chain issues, she went above and beyond by prioritizing the sourcing of new material to ensure an on-schedule delivery of the project. Her efforts, along with expediting other scopes of work, resulted in the successful and timely completion of this project, leaving the client not only happy but with the feeling that there was mutual investment in the project. An obstacle that risked a major delay became the project's greatest triumph.

In her time away from work, Megan enjoys traveling and antiquing.
