They hired us to build out the tenant improvements in their new 255,000-square-foot space, including constructing:

• three specialty storage rooms totaling 30,000 square feet, including an H-3 room for combustible products, an H-4 room for corrosives and highly toxic substances and a flammable liquid room for aerosol containment
• special purpose ventilation systems, integrated spill containment solutions and enhanced fire resistance assemblies
• an 11,500-square-foot cooler with insulated metal panel walls
• 7,800 square feet of office space, including a primary office with a large break room, a kitchenette, a conference room and separate restrooms for office and warehouse employees as well as two shipping and receiving offices on the warehouse floor with attached bathrooms
