Phil Rdzanek

Beginning his career in the construction industry in 2013 and joining Opus in 2018, Phil Rdzanek has contributed to the delivery of over 1.9 million square feet of multi-family and industrial projects across the Denver Front Range. Phil’s portfolio includes senior living, market-rate apartments, rehabilitation and large-scale industrial warehouse developments, demonstrating a breadth of experience in both residential and industrial sectors.

Phil’s strategic thinking and relationship-building were key to overcoming supply chain disruptions on The Ridge at Dove Valley, where he secured new trade partners and negotiated timely steel deliveries, saving months on the schedule and enabling an earlier sale.

At Sun Empire, Phil’s leadership during historic rainfall helped the team re-sequence work, accelerate production and manage insurance claims, recapturing critical schedule and protecting the client from up to $750,000 in potential costs.

When away from the office, Phil enjoys home renovation, skiing, snowboarding, hiking and engaging in animal rescue volunteer work.
