The Sun Empire master plan proposes speculative buildings ranging in size from 200,000 to 625,000 square feet, with the ability to expand to 1 million square feet.

The initial phase includes two buildings totaling 830,086 square feet.

Building 1A, a 625,178-square-foot building features:

• cross-dock configuration
• 112 dock doors
• 388 vehicle parking spaces
• 91 trailer parking stalls
• 40-foot clear height

Building 1B, a 204,908-square-foot building features:

• front park/rear load
• 38 dock doors
• 248 vehicle parking spaces
• 56 trailer parking stalls
• 32-foot clear height

The 40-foot clear height is uncommon in the Denver market and will accommodate the ever-changing needs of users with larger stacking requirements.
