Creating an Inviting Entry for Cretin-Derham Hall

When Cretin-Derham Hall (CDH), a Catholic co-ed high school in St. Paul, Minnesota, wanted to enhance circulation and accessibility in their campus, they chose our Client Direct Services as their design-build partner.

CDH wanted to create a clear front entry, which was accomplished with a 5,800-square-foot addition that includes a bookstore and the Lentsch Forum, a collaborative and event space with seating and a focal fireplace. Additionally, the project included upgrades to restrooms, hallway finishes and security.

The new entry sends a clear signal to students and visitors, inviting them into the school with enhanced wayfinding between all areas of the school.
