Johnstone Supply Build-to-Suit

Having outgrown their St. Louis area facility, Johnstone Supply purchased approximately four of the 13.5 acres at the site. Our team supported the company's plans to centralize operations, further establish their presence in the St. Louis area and hire additional employees by designing and constructing a 45,000-square-foot office and distribution center at the site.

Custom designed to support the needs of the HVAC equipment and parts supplier, the building has 10,000 square feet of office space. It features a working lab and training center where the company provides hands-on certification training for St. Louis County mechanical licensees. The balance of the building – 35,000 square feet – is a distribution center.

Johnstone Supply was completed in February 2021.

Earth City Speculative Industrial Building

On the remaining 9.5 acres, we designed and constructed a 111,000-square-foot speculative industrial building. It accommodates multiple tenants and features:

• 32-foot clear height
• 27 dock positions
• two drive-in positions
• clerestory windows to maximize natural light and wall space
