Grant Park

Grant Park is a three-phase residential development that features city homes, a condominium tower and townhomes. The project includes 284 condominium units in a 27-story tower, 30 city homes surrounding a parking garage and 13 townhomes in a separate, freestanding building.

The architectural design and exterior of the three buildings complement each other with the townhomes and city homes featuring hand-set brick masonry and limestone-colored precast exterior. Grant Park Tower has precast cladding in a combination of limestone-colored column covers and panels that were cast to appear as hand-set brick masonry.
