To support a strong labor force and growing demand for industrial space in Greenwood, Indiana, we constructed a new 495,977-square-foot speculative industrial development. The sizeable project, known as Greenpointe Logistics Center, was a joint venture with Diamond Realty Investments, Inc.

Centrally located in Greenwood, a southern suburb of Indianapolis, Greenpointe Logistics Center is situated on over 31 acres. Designed for flexibility, it can accommodate a single tenant or two tenants. The cross-docked facility features the following:

• 36-foot clear height
• ample employee parking
• convenient location just east of Interstate 65
• two entrances off Graham Road

The project was our first development in the growing Greenwood submarket.
