LabCorp Renovation

Amidst a strong Kansas City real estate market, our team performed a value-add building renovation in Overland Park, Kansas.

We purchased a 38,183-square-foot building from Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (LabCorp), who had owned and occupied the building since 2015. LabCorp, a leading healthcare diagnostics company, moved back into the building when renovations were complete in early 2019. LapCorp operations in the facility include medical laboratory testing and services in association with a regional network of primary clinical laboratories and specialty testing laboratories.
