Bergari Solutions at Johnny Cake Business Center

Bergari Solutions designs, develops and manufactures engine exhaust and emissions systems for industrial engine applications, primarily serving the power generation industry. As demand for power generation equipment has increased in recent years due to the growth of energy-intensive data centers, the company needed significantly more manufacturing capacity than their longtime Rosemount, MN, headquarters could provide.

To support their continued growth, Bergari leased 78,043 square feet at our Johnny Cake Business Center in Apple Valley and hired us to transform the space into a manufacturing and office environment tailored to their operations. The new facility allows Bergari to expand production, support around-the-clock operations and accommodate future growth.
