Chicago Logistic Service Expansion at Oakview Corporate Park

When we built a 49,984-square-foot build-to-suit facility for Chicago Logistic Service in Oakview Corporate Park in West Dundee, IL, we ensured they could expand by up to 40,000 square feet if needed. Just two years after completing the facility, the transportation and warehousing provider for office, computer, medical and sensitive equipment reached out to our Client Direct Services group to move ahead with the addition.

The original Chicago Logistic Service facility included 2,900 square feet of office and 47,084 square feet of warehouse space with 10 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 28-foot clear height and parking for 15 trailers and 39 vehicles.
