PSI Building Improvements

We worked with PSI to evaluate the current condition of the property and provided cost-effective solutions to support their long-term growth, reduce future maintenance demands and attract additional tenants. Our project work included:

• constructing a new surface parking lot with 77 vehicle stalls – increasing overall parking capacity by 45%
• completing maintenance and repairs to the existing 170-stall parking lot, access drives and site concrete
• replacing the building’s two 90-ton and one 40-ton rooftop HVAC units
• installing a new insulated overhead dock door for deliveries
• replacing exterior gasketing on all windows
• reconfiguring 31,000 square feet of open office space to create flexible layouts for multiple tenants
