Opus Meets Growing Demand in Greenwood, Indiana, with Spec Industrial Center

​To support a strong labor force and growing demand for industrial space in Greenwood, Ind., Opus is constructing a new 495,977-square-foot speculative industrial development. The sizeable project, known as Greenpointe Logistics Center, is a joint venture with Diamond Realty Investments, Inc.

Centrally located in Greenwood, a southern suburb of Indianapolis, Greenpointe Logistics Center is situated on 31.39 acres. Designed for flexibility, it will accommodate a single tenant or two tenants. The cross-dock facility will feature the following:

  • 36-foot clear height,
  • ample employee parking,
  • convenient location just east of I-65 and
  • two entrances off Graham Road.

The project is Opus’ first development in the growing Greenwood submarket. Opus recently completed and sold another large industrial development to meet demand for this type of space in the city of Indianapolis, 3901 Hanna Circle at Airport Business Center.

Greenpointe Logistics Center is scheduled for completion in late spring 2018.
