The Northeast neighborhood has a rich history as a thriving industrial oasis and today is also known for its mix of food and culture, with art and entertainment, restaurants, breweries, bars and shops. We helped preserve the area's charm with pollinator-friendly, neonicotinoid-free plants and reincorporating public art displays.

Delivering Customized Tenant Improvements

After leases were signed, our design-build experts delivered spaces for Greentech Renewables and CED Supply. The organizations liked the location – it was close to the previous space they had grown out of in an old building, it’s known for its popularity and has good access public transportation.

CED Supply is an electrical parts supplier, and Greentech Renewables is a solar power distributor. They use the facility as a distribution center. The two share a 78,166-square-foot warehouse. CED has a 5,370-square-foot office and Greentech Renewables has a 5,386-square-foot office. Their space includes 14 dock doors with levelers and two drive-in doors, one of which was designed specifically for the client to be 24-foot-wide by 12-foot-tall to be large enough to accommodate their products.

Kings Road Merchandising also signed a 40,058-square-foot lease.
