Opus Leverages Build-to-Suit Industrial Expertise for New Omaha Box Company Headquarters
Opus leveraged its deep industrial expertise by developing, designing and constructing a new warehouse and production facility in the Omaha suburb of Papillion for Omaha Box Company. With deep roots spanning more than 100 years in East Omaha, Omaha Box Company is a growing corrugated paper manufacturing company.
The company's current facility in East Omaha is over a century old and has undergone more than 15 remodels. The new building, which allows for expansion, includes 301,000 square feet of warehouse and production space and 27,000 square feet of office space. In addition to allowing enough space to double the company's business, the building was designed to increase efficiencies and accommodate new, upgraded industrial equipment.
The new Omaha Box Company building features:

- two drive-in doors
- 123 vehicle parking spots
- 10 trailer storage spots
