Design-Build Delivers State-of-the-Art Schneiderman’s Furniture Showroom in Suburban Minneapolis
Employing our unique design-build model, we completed Schneiderman’s Furniture’s showroom in Lakeville, Minnesota. This Client Direct Servicesproject brought together all stakeholders—the client, architect and builder—for meaningful collaboration, resulting in delivery of a state-of-the-art retail experience on time and within budget.
The 110,000-square-foot, two-story building has prominent visibility from Interstate 35. A first for Schneiderman’s Furniture, it features a second-story outdoor patio overlooking the city that is a display area for showcasing outdoor furniture products in an open-air environment.
