Jeremiah's vast expertise spans across multiple sectors, including industrial, office, multifamily and high-rise, institutional and retail. Notably, he has contributed to the completion of 620 multifamily units and 1.9 million square feet in constructed projects.

Among his prominent skills is scheduling and his work ethic, which has led him to the success of many projects, including Corsa, a multifamily project in St. Louis Park, MN, which was completed three weeks ahead of schedule in 2023. Further, three Schneiderman's furniture projects – two renovations in Coon Rapids and Roseville, MN, and one new build in Lakeville, MN – received a tenant certification of occupancy six weeks ahead of schedule, allowing the owner to begin moving furniture in ahead of the final occupancy. This achievement by Jeremiah and his team resulted in high praise from the client.
