Transforming a High-Profile Retail Site in Coon Rapids for Schneiderman’s Furniture
Our team transformed an unused store in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, into a new upscale furniture showroom for Minneapolis-based retailer Schneiderman's Furniture.
We designed and constructed the new showroom, which is Schneiderman's first retail showroom in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis. The 130,000-square-foot building is located on Riverdale Blvd NW and offers excellent visibility from U.S. Highway 10. Vacant for five years, it was formerly a Sears store in the Riverdale Village retail center.
