Located adjacent to the Price Chopper Grocery Store, Opus focused on creating a sense of continuity in the architectural design and style of the stores. The façade consists of split-faced masonry and a glass storefront.
Opus designed this retail development to house a total of 13 retail and restaurant tenants with the intent that the building may expand in a future phase.
