Phoenix team has been named the AZRE Developer of the Year for the second time in three years!
AZRE's Real Estate and Development Awards (RED) are the largest such event in Arizona, “honoring the brokers, architects, contractors and developers of notable commercial development projects throughout the state." The finalists will appear in the publication's March/April edition.
The Phoenix office, our newest at Opus, opened in 2014. Over the years, the team has grown while building out a portfolio of industrial and multifamily developments. Notable projects for the team include Andersen Windows Manufacturing – Goodyear, Union Tempe and Paradise @ P83. The team currently has Fairway 10 and Goodyear Airport 85 speculative industrial developments under construction.
