Opus Delivers Fairway 10 Spec Industrial for Westcore

In one of the strongest industrial markets in the country for big box distributors and mid-bay users, we worked with San Diego-based Westcore to deliver Fairway 10. Located on one of the best sites in the west valley, it faces I-10 and will have freeway visibility and access to a full diamond interchange to the east and west.

This speculative development includes three Class A buildings. Building A is a 170,000-square-foot single load building with 32-foot clear height, 21 dock doors and six drive-in doors. Building B is a 390,000-square-foot cross docked building with 36-foot clear height, 79 dock doors and four drive-in doors. It is suitable for one to two tenants. Building C is a 162,000-square-foot single-load facility with 32-foot clear height, 18 dock doors and six drive-in doors. Buildings A and C are suitable for two to four tenants.

These buildings are ideal for a variety of uses, including distribution and manufacturing.

The development came together after securing the land from a challenging seller, working closely with the city of Avondale to create a plan that was in keeping with the city's priorities and creating Corporate Drive, a new roadway to access Fairway Drive.

The buildings were completed in December 2021.
