Fairway 10

In one of the strongest industrial markets in the country for big box distributors and mid-bay users, we worked with San Diego-based Westcore to deliver Fairway 10. Located on one of the best sites in the west valley, it faces Interstate 10 and will have freeway visibility and access to a full diamond interchange to the east and west.

Fairway 10 came together after securing the land from a challenging seller, working closely with the city of Avondale to create a plan that was in keeping with the City's priorities and creating Corporate Drive, a new roadway to access Fairway Drive.
