Opus to Deliver Fairway 10 Spec Industrial for Westcore

​In one of the strongest industrial markets in the country for big box distributors and mid-bay users, we're working with San Diego-based Westcore to deliver Fairway 10 Speculative Industrial Development. Located on one of the best sites in the west valley, it will face I-10 and will have freeway visibility and access to a full diamond interchange to the east and west.

This speculative development will include three Class A buildings. Two single load buildings at 162,000 and 170,000 square feet will have 32-foot clear height and will be suitable for two to four tenants. The third cross-docked building will be 390,000 square feet with 36-foot clear height and suitable for one to two tenants. These buildings will be ideal for a variety of uses, including distribution and manufacturing.

The development came together after securing the land from a challenging seller, working closely with the city of Avondale to create a plan that was in keeping with the city's priorities and creating a new roadway (Corporate Drive) to access Fairway Drive.

The buildings are slated for completion in August 2021.
