As Senior Project Manager, Eric leads teams of architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients, from initial design concepts through project completion. He manages the execution of all aspects of the construction process including estimating, bidding, scheduling, design collaboration, subcontractor management, field coordination and financial management through project completion. Eric stays in regular contact with the client, ensuring their input is heard and put to use.
Eric has nearly a decade of project management experience. Prior to joining Opus, he was a design-build project manager delivering projects in the industrial manufacturing and food process industries. He joined Opus in early 2016. Since then he has gained experience with wood-framed multifamily, institutional and manufacturing projects.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and has undergone OSHA 30-hour training. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and Lean Construction Institute.
