Larry Pobuda

Larry started his career in commercial real estate in 1988. After more than 25 years of development, investment, tenant representation and landlord experience, he joined Team Opus in 2014. Larry has led teams to develop a wide variety of office, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use projects in Phoenix, Denver and Austin.

Larry is known for his vast industry knowledge and remarkably strong work ethic. His clients trust him and his team to deliver as promised – many times creating buildings that are even better than they imagined. Case-in-point, after responding to an RFP from a large building products manufacturer for a 540,000-square-foot custom manufacturing facility in AZ, Larry converted the project to one of our sites and the build-to-suit project was such a success, the client enlisted us for several additional significant projects in other parts of the U.S.

Over the course of his career, he has also contributed his expertise as a leader and board member for industry organizations, including multiple roles in NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

In his free time, Larry prioritizes a daily fitness routine and likes to spend time outdoors paddleboarding, hiking and biking. He’s also an avid reader and enjoys traveling.
