Mike Stromberg

As Senior Manager of Real Estate Development, Mike is responsible for expanding and executing on a wide range of developments including industrial, residential, office and retail. He manages site selection and acquisition, project feasibility, entitlements, project financing and design and construction oversight in addition to project marketing, leasing and disposition.

Mike joined Opus in 2015. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Real Estate program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering from St. Louis University. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC) and Urban Land Institute.
