The Opus Group® Begins Construction on Confluence Industrial Park, a Speculative Industrial Development in Casa Grande, Arizona


Development will Support Manufacturing Growth in Pinal County

The Opus Group (Opus) today announced the start of construction on Confluence Industrial Park, a two-building speculative industrial development at 1371 Sunland Gin Road in Casa Grande, Ariz. The 21-acre development will provide space for warehousing and light manufacturing, with easy access to both I-10 and I-8. The project is near large new manufacturing sites, including Procter & Gamble's fabric care facility and Kohler's plumbing ware manufacturing facility, both currently under construction. The property is also located along the Union Pacific Railroad line.

“Pinal County is experiencing rapid industrial growth, and Confluence Industrial Park will help meet the demand for well-located industrial space for suppliers to the electric vehicle and consumers goods manufacturers in the area," said Matt Visnansky, vice president of real estate development at Opus.

Building A is 152,200 square feet, can accommodate 39 dock doors and has a 32-foot clear height. Building B is 173,035 square feet, can accommodate 42 dock doors and has a 32-foot clear height. The development has 240 auto parking stalls. The buildings will include skylights for natural lighting and LED lights. Confluence Industrial Park is slated for completion in December 2023.

Opus is the developer, design-builder, and architect and structural engineer of record on the project. JLL is marketing the space for lease.
